About This Manufacturer
Manufacturer Info: Opening their doors in 1964 in the town of Bad Waldliesborn, Germany under the watchful eye of Schlossermeister Franz Holtkoetter, the company has steeped itself in the traditions of German craftsmanship. In 1983, Holtkoetter established their first assembly, distribution, administrative departments for the American market in St. Paul, MN. In 2005, they opened a new distribution center as part of expansion in South St. Paul to help facilitate the growing demand in the states for these marvels of German workmanship.
Going from contemporary to traditional seems such an easy feat for Holtkoetter who transitions seamlessly whether it be in their floor lamps or wall sconces. The 2501 is a torchiere floor lamp which also features an adjustable reading arm practically independent from the torchiere part of the lamp, adhering to the motto of Holtkoetter to create light first and style closely thereafter. The 8532 is a bathroom wall sconce wrapped in brass with the two sides never quite meshing in front, which gives off the impression of a folded cloth. They offer a wide variety of chandeliers, many multi-tiered and using a candelabra base.
Whatever the need, Holtkoetter prides themselves on a large selection of many different lighting fixtures in a wide variety of styles.
