Order Tracking?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with order details and a link to your order tracking page. All updates, including delivery and tracking information, will be emailed to the email address provided by you or posted on this order tracking page.



How do I cancel my order?

Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled at no charge. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, and will make every attempt to cancel your order. However, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to you. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, your order is subject to our return policy as outlined below.

In the event that you would like to cancel your order and it is not being shipped from our warehouse, we will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has been cancelled, we will credit your account. Request a cancellation by calling us toll free or e-mail us at sales@lampclick.com.
